Looking for an exciting opportunity in the banking industry? A well-established financial institution with a strong presence across New York, New Jersey, and California is seeking a Teller to join their DTLA branch!

?? Location: Downtown LA (Full-time onsite)
? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
?? Pay: $26-28/hour
?? Start Date: Immediate (Next day once offered)
?? Interview Process: 1 Onsite (DTLA) + 1 Zoom with HQ

Key Responsibilities:

? Process routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
? Verify customer identification & ensure regulatory compliance
? Balance cash drawer & maintain accurate records
? Educate customers on banking products & services
? Identify & report potential fraudulent transactions
? Assist customers with account inquiries & issue resolution

What We're Looking For:

? High school diploma required; BA a plus!
? Previous cash-handling & customer service experience preferred
? Strong attention to detail & accuracy
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
? Familiarity with banking software is a plus
? Must be bilingual in Persian OR Korean/Mandarin/Cantonese OR Hindi/Punjabi (No Spanish)
